The Law Of Attraction: Controlling Fear

What is one topic that literally everyone can relate to in some point of life?

Fear…

I find myself sitting here on a Monday morning at 1:11AM writing while meditating to peace of mind affirmations on YouTube (http://youtu.be/Hfy_yAc9YNE). It’s funny how one little situation can change your entire mood and thought process. Your day could be going as good as it can be and then suddenly it changes.

You know what I mean right?

I’m sure we all have been that route countless times. There are certain situations that happens and we move pass it in a matter of minutes, hours or maybe even a couple of days. However, severe circumstances that have happened more than once but different scenarios can be hard. Past traumatic events, anxiety, grief, different health conditions and more can a factor of set backs.

How do you handle those situations?

What actions do you take to overcome your problems? There are many solutions. Some ways may work for you and some others may not work for you. You have to explore different options to discover the best way of dealing with your problems. Not taking the time and risk to even try is a fear in itself.

Why?

Anything that requires us to step out of our comfort zone and try something new is considered a risk. We don’t know if it’s a good risk or bad risk so we automatically decline the offer. We chose to stay in the safe zone to avoid any conflicts. That is the weakest way of thinking if you ask me…

So now we have given fear some sort of authority.

Huh? Yes, when you choose the safe zone, you’re opting to let fear have some hold over the DECISIONS you make in life. Have you ever seen the movie “The Maze Runner”? If you like movies like Hunger Games or something similar, you would enjoy this movie. But anyways, the point is, one guy who had the balls to take more risks got further than the one who would rather stay in his comfort zone to survive.

You have to face your fears! You will never be able to more forward until you do. Wearing a mask trying to convince yourself that everything is fine underneath those fears will only hurt later in life.

Did you know that “Mindfulness” can be part of spiritual healing?

Mindfulness could be defined as “controlled conscious awareness of all of the contents of one’s mind.” A sense of enlightenment of where your mind is and being aware of it. This is when you spend necessary time with yourself to be mindful of who you are and how to improve.

Whether it be goals you have, Getting into the words of Yahuah (if you are a believer), personal issues to work on, strengthening your motivation, etc…

I like to look at mindfulness as personal development. It help “cure” the fears and doubts you have made up in your mind. Remember, Fear is an emotion that you have 100% control over.

And for my fellow believers, pray, pray, pray. He hears your prayers even when you may not think so. He is by your side fighting your battles even when you think you’re alone. Trust in Yah and He will deliver! What you sow is what you reap, be mindful.
